Geoscience services supplier qualification

Energinet intends to establish a Supplier Qualification System (“SQS”) for the procurement of Geophysical and Geotechnical work onshore and offshore. The SQS is intended for the procurement of seven categories: • Category 1: Offshore Geophysical Site Investigations • Category 2: Offshore Geotechnical Site Investigations • Category 3: Offshore Route Survey • Category 4: Onshore Site Investigations • Category 5: Offshore UXO Investigations • Category 6: Offshore UXO Consultancy • Category 7: Offshore Cable and Pipeline Tracking See more details in doc. no. 20/02476-2 “Guide to SQS”.

For admittance to the SQS, the Applicant must meet the minimum requirements in the latest annual report listed in the “Guide to SQS” (doc. no. 20/02476) section 3.2.1.1. Please note that the minimum requirements are different in the different categories. If the applicant is relying on the capacities of one or more other entities (e.g. a parent or sister company or a subcontractor) or the applicant is a group of economic operators (e.g. a consortium) the information for the ESPD part IV.B must also be given in a separate ESPD from each of these entities, cf. section VI.3 “Additional information”. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to secure that the minimum level(s) of standards required are reached when the applicant is relying on the capacity of other entities or when the applicant is a group of economic operators (e.g. a consortium).
