Der bewertbare Gesamtpreis setzt sich zusammen aus den Kosten für die GOÄ-Positionen multipliziert mit dem vom Bieter anzugebenden Faktor, multipliziert mit den durchschnittlichen Jahres Fallzahlen und additiv die weiteren Leistungen, welche in Euro anzugeben sind. Der ermittelte, rabattierte Gesamtpreis bildet die finale Basis für die mathematische Punktevergabe. Das günstigste Angebot erhält 100 Punkte. Die weiteren Angebote werden im Verhältnis nach der Formel: Punkte=niedrigster Preis /Angebotspreis*100 gewertet. Die Ergebnisse werden auf 2 Nachkommastellen gerundet. Im Falle der Preisgleichheit entscheidet das Losverfahren.
Im Leistungsverzeichnis werden 120 Pflichtkriterien abgefragt, diese sind zu 100 % zu erfüllen.

Gegenstand der Vergabe ist der Abschluss eines Dienstleistungsvertrags über die vollständige Bearbeitung und Befundung histologischer und zytologischer Proben. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst Biopsien, Operationspräparate und zytologisches Material im Rahmen eines abschätzbaren monatlichen Volumens. Das Spektrum beinhaltet Standard- und Spezialfärbungen, immunhistochemische Analysen sowie molekularpathologische Verfahren (PCR, FISH, ggf. NGS). Dazu zählen regelmäßige Teilnahmen an Tumorkonferenzen und intraoperative Schnellschnitte. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 4 Jahre mit der Option auf automatische Verlängerung um maximal 2x2 Jahre. Der Laborpartner übernimmt die vollständige Transportlogistik. Gefordert sind hohe diagnostische Qualität (Akkreditierung, Ringversuche) und verlässliche Befundlaufzeiten.
