Single lot for a central cloud email archiving solution integrated into the existing Exchange infrastructure. Emails older than a defined age must be transferred automatically and in an audit-proof manner to the archive environment. Minimum contract term is 36 months, then automatic 12-month extensions unless terminated 12 months before the end of the contract year.
