Przy dokonaniu wyboru najkorzystniejszej oferty Zamawiający stosować będzie kryterium ekonomiczne POFER. Wykonawca, który złoży najkorzystniejszą Ofertę otrzyma 100 punktów. Ocena punktowa ofert będzie dokonana przez Zamawiającego przy zastosowaniu skali ocen od 0 do 100 punktów. W przypadku, gdy w wyniku badania i oceny Ofert tylko jedna Oferta nie będzie podlegała odrzuceniu, Oferta ta otrzyma 100 punktów. Wartość punktów za kryterium ekonomiczne dla danej Oferty POFER obliczona zostanie z dokładnością do dwóch miejsc po przecinku (zaokrąglenia liczb zostaną dokonane zgodnie z zastosowaniem reguł matematycznych).
