Für die Planung und Realisierung des Neubau BMX Halle Mellowpark in Berlin sind Planungsleistungen für die Objektplanung für Gebäude und Innenräume inklusive Freianlagen nach § 34 ff. HOAI sowie die in der Leistungsbeschreibung näher beschriebenen Besonderen Leistungen erforderlich. Hinzu kommen Planungsleistungen für Freianlagen nach § 39 ff. HOAI. Die Beauftragung erfolgt in Leistungsstufen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Beauftragung weiterer Leistungsstufen besteht nicht. Der Auftragnehmer ist verpflichtet, die Leistungen der weiteren Leistungsstufen zu erbringen, wenn der Auftraggeber sie ihm überträgt. Es gelten die Angaben aus §3 des Formblatt IV 420. H der A-Bau.
