De Opdrachtgever wil een overeenkomst afsluiten met een leverancier voor het beheer van telemetrische grondwaterstandsmetingen voor het grondwatermeetnet van de gemeente Den Haag, voor de periode 2027-2034. De opdrachtnemer draagt zorg voor de telemetrische meetapparatuur, het installeren van de telemetrie, de validatie van de meetgegevens en het beschikbaar stellen van de meetgegevens via een internetapplicatie. De Gemeente Den Haag wordt geen eigenaar van de meetapparatuur maar koopt betrouwbare data in, in de vorm van een data-abonnement. De gevalideerde meetdata wordt door de opdrachtnemer ook geleverd aan de BRO (de Basis Registratie Onderhoud, een wettelijke verplichting).
