Framework agreement for service and maintenance of hydraulic equipment on the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research’s vessels in the inner port of Bergen.

Requirement: The price will be evaluated based on the sum of the prices stated in Annex C1 - Price Form calculated over the entire contract period, including options. Documentation requirement: The tenderer shall deliver the following: Completed Part 2 Annex C1 - Price Form All prices shall be stated in NOK excluding VAT.

Requirement: In what way the tenderer shall ensure a delivery with a low environmental impact, as well as the tenderer ́s plan for further reduction of environmental impact. The following shall be accounted for: Description of measures that contribute to increased lifetime, repairability and reduced replacement need for hydraulic equipment and components. Description of how environmental considerations are taken into account in the company ́s procurement routines and the choice of products, materials and sub-suppliers. Description of any schemes for re-use, overhauling, recycling schemes or material recovery of components and equipment. Description of measures to reduce emissions and environmental impact connected to transport, service assignment and logistics. Emphasis will be put on whether the descriptions are concrete, relevant and suitable for giving real environmental gains in the contract period. Documentation requirement: The tenderer shall deliver the following: Tenderers shall describe how they shall, during the contract period, ensure that the delivery has a low environmental impact and how they will work for further reduction of the environmental impact, in accordance with the listed points. The tenderer shall use Part 2 Annex B - the tenderer ́s solution description by responding to the award criteria 'Climate and environmental considerations'. The response to the award criteria "Climate and environment consideration" should combined be at a total of 2 A4 pages (line distance 1.0, font size 10, typeface Open Sans) excluding any pictures or drawings. Responses beyond the stated page limitation will not be evaluated.
