Durchführung der mechanischen Instandsetzung von und an wasserbaulichen Anlagen zur Wasserhebung, Wasserreinigung und Wasserableitung, Flutungseinrichtungen sowie von Verkehrsbauwerken (Brücken/Durchlässe). Diese Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen sind technisch und technologisch verantwortlich zu planen, durchzuführen und zu beaufsichtigen. Die Realisierung des Vorhabens erfolgt teilweise auf Flächen, die im Eigentum Dritter stehen und teilweise auf Flächen, die im Eigentum der LMBV mbH sind und unter Bergrecht stehen. Es gelten die Abschluss- und Sonderbetriebspläne der betreffenden Sanierungsprojekte sowie wasserwirtschaftliche Erlaubnisse. Bei Arbeiten in geotechnischen Sperrbereichen sind besondere Verhaltensanforderungen zu beachten. Die Erbringung der Leistung erfolgt diskontinuierlich über den gesamten Vertragszeitraum. Die Realisierung erfolgt entsprechend des durch den AG festgelegten Bedarfs. Das Leistungsvolumen ist unverbindlich, ein Anspruch auf den Gesamtumsatz besteht nicht. Der Ansatz gilt der Angebotsauswertung zu vergaberechtlichen Zwecken.
