Περιλαμβάνει το σχεδιασμό, προμήθεια, εγκατάσταση, την ηλεκτρομηχανολογική εγκατάσταση τριών (3) Ταχυδιυλιστηρίων Νερού, ελέγχου, των δοκιμών λειτουργίας των μονάδων των Ταχυδιυλιστηρίων και της εκπαίδευσης του προσωπικού, στη περιοχή του Νέου χωριού Πάφου. Η παραγωγή της κάθε μονάδας θα είναι 500 κ.μ./ημέρα για 20 ώρες ημερήσιας λειτουργίας. Η διάταξη της Μονάδας είναι όπως φαίνεται στο σχέδιο με Αρ.01
