Framework agreement for wood waste transport and handling

AWARD CRITERIA: Price: The award criterion "price" is evaluated based on the total price for transport and handling of clean wood, treated wood and garden waste. DOCUMENTATION: The supplier must deliver the following: Completed appendix 3 appendix 1 subcontract 1 - Price form. Prices must be stated in NOK and excl. VAT.

DOCUMENTATION: The supplier must deliver the following: Completed appendix 3 appendix 1 subcontract 2 - Price form. Prices must be stated in NOK and excl. VAT.

AWARD CRITERIA: Climate and environmental considerations: Under the award criterion "climate and environmental considerations", the contracting authority will evaluate the following: - Average R1 value for the reception facility over the past year, where a higher value gives a better result (weight 70%) - Distance to the reception facility from the contracting authority's address and what type of fuel is used. The evaluation will take place as follows: o Distance in km from the contracting authority to the reception facility (weight 10%) o The supplier is asked to describe the vehicle to be used for transport, for example whether it is a zero-emission vehicle. The different vehicles will be evaluated as follows: Electric = 10 points, hydrogen = 9.5 points, biogas = 8.5 points and everything else = 0 points. If train/boat is used, the portion of the route where this transport method is used will score 10 points, and the rest of the transport will score according to the description above. No description gives 0 points (weight 20%) DOCUMENTATION: The supplier must deliver the following: Appendix 2 – Supplier's solution description – subcontract 2, point 3.
