Levering en onderhoud wasinstallaties garage West en garage Zuid
Zie de scope van de opdracht in paragraaf 2.4 van de aanbestedingsleidraad. Voor deze aanbesteding hanteert GVB een plafondprijs. Deze is vastgesteld op € 928.552 exclusief BTW. Deze plafondprijs heeft betrekking op de totale kosten gedurende de volledige contractperiode van 10 jaar (Total Cost of Ownership). Dit omvat zowel de eenmalige kosten voor de aanschaf en installatie (CAPEX) als de geaccumuleerde kosten voor al de service, beheer en onderhoud over de 10-jarige looptijd (OPEX). De totale inschrijfsom, zoals ingevuld in het Prijzenblad (Bijlage 10), mag dit bedrag niet overschrijden. Inschrijvingen waarvan de totale inschrijfsom (CAPEX + 10 jaar OPEX) de plafondprijs overschrijdt, zijn ongeldig en zullen terzijde worden gelegd. GVB behoudt zich het recht voor tot aanpassing van de Plafondprijs gedurende de aanbestedingsprocedure. Inschrijvers zullen over een wijziging van de Plafondprijs steeds tijdig worden geïnformeerd.
