Par arrêté préfectoral de travaux d'office UD38-2024-09-07 du 9 septembre 2024, le préfet de l’Isère a chargé l’ADEME de procéder aux opérations « d’évacuation et de gestion hors site des boues contenues dans les deux lagunes du site SULPICE après réduction des volumes de boues par déshydratation, ainsi que toutes les études et travaux préparatoires associés ». La présente consultation a pour objet de sélectionner le prestataire chargé de réaliser le plan de conception des travaux.
