De aanbestedende dienst doorloopt een Europese aanbestedingsprocedure om een robuust en toekomstbestendig DDJGZ te selecteren en implementeren. Het systeem moet volledig operationeel en gebruiksklaar worden opgeleverd. Het DDJGZ moet voldoen aan de gestelde functionele en technische eisen en duurzaam zijn ingericht. De gekozen SaaS-oplossing moet een schaalbare basis bieden voor verdere ontwikkeling en toekomstige behoeften binnen de Jeugdgezondheidszorg. De opdracht betreft de levering, implementatie en het beheer van een SaaS‑applicatie (DDJGZ) ten behoeve van de Jeugdgezondheidszorg. De scope omvat configuratie, datamigratie, koppelingen met relevante externe systemen, opleiding van gebruikers en doorlopend beheer en support. Het systeem moet beschikbaar zijn voor circa 230 medewerkers en geschikt zijn voor opschaling. De overeenkomst heeft een looptijd van 10 jaar inclusief optionele verlengingen.
