The price is to be given excluding VAT 'everything included', here handed over, approved, ready for use and including user training and training in the recommended daily/weekly maintenance. It is a prerequisite that the tenderers have relatively identical procurement prices for parts and accessories. These are therefore not included below, as we assume that the all-covering service contract includes most of the parts and accessories. The all-covering service contract shall have a duration of 6,000 hours.
