Original TED description
Gegenstand der gesuchten Leistung ist die umfassende betriebsärztliche Versorgung der Universität Leipzig im dargestellten Umfang und der beschriebenen Ausprägungen. Über diese Leistungen wird ein Vertrag mit einem Unternehmen auf unbestimmte Zeit geschlossen. Der Vertrag legt die unmittelbaren Leistungsverpflichtungen fest und sichert dem Auftragnehmer ein Mindestmaß an Leistungen zu. Es wird vertraglich ein verbindliches Dauerschuldverhältnis mit flexibilisiertem Leistungsumfang begründet. Wir prognostizieren pro Vertragsjahr einen Bedarf von etwa 2.230 Vorsorgen sowie 1.000 Stunden für arbeitsmedizinische Betreuungsleistungen. Das hier bezeichnete Volumen der Leistungen wird angestrebt und dient insbesondere der Grobkalkulation der benötigten Kapazitäten für die vertragsgegenständlichen Leistungen. Das dem Auftragnehmer zugesicherte Volumen bestimmt sich aus-schließlich nach dem zu schließenden Vertrag, welcher den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügt ist!
