Die Naturwissenschaftlich-Technische Fakultät (Fakultät IV) der Universität Siegen ist in verschiedenen Forschungsfelder erfolgreich. Mit dem Bau des INCYTE, dem "Interdisziplinären Forschungszentrum für Nanoanalytik, Nanochemie und cyber-physische Sensortechnologien", werden neue, hochmoderne Laborflächen für die Forschung geschaffen. Im Zuge der Ausstattung des Gebäudes soll ein Druckgesteuertes Durchflusskontrollsystem mit Steuerelementen für einen Rezirkulierenden Fluss für mikrofluidische organ-on-a-chip Anwendungen beschafft werden: Druckgesteuertes Durchflusskontrollsystem mit Steuerelementen für einen rezirkulierenden Fluss für mikrofluidische organ-on-a-chip Anwendungen. Es wird die Lieferung von Neugeräten erwartet. Angebote mit gebrauchtem und/oder generalüberholten Geräten werden von der Wertung ausgeschlossen. Den Geräten ist eine Bedienungsanleitung in deutscher oder englischer Sprache beizulegen. Den Angeboten ist eine Tabelle mit den Informationen zu den einzelnen Ausschluss- und Bewertungskriterien beizulegen.
