These four pillars work as a very integrated part of each other, however each aiming to target the most challenging issues identified during the implementation of the reform, as much as consolidate best EU practices already developed by EU4Justice I. This period of implementation, coincides and covers fully support for the purpose of advancement of EU integration of Albania and Chapter 23 obligations. it aims to set the necessary exchange of experience and adoption of EU practices in the context of pre-accession, and in line with accession negotiations reflected under Interim Benchmark and closing benchmark for Albania.
