Celková nabídková cena se skládá ze součtu ceny za nabízený přístroj a nabídkové ceny za pozáruční servis v délce trvání 6 let. Nabídkové ceny budou uvedeny v Krycím listě veřejné zakázky, účastníkem předložené cenové nabídce, případně dalších dokumentech vyžadovaných zadávací dokumentací. V případě rozporu hodnoty celkové nabídkové ceny uvedené v dokumentech nabídky účastníka je rozhodující hodnota celkové nabídkové ceny uvedené v Krycím listu. Nabídkové ceny budou uvedeny v českých korunách v členění cena bez DPH, částka DPH, cena včetně DPH. Zadavatel vyhodnotí celkovou nabídkovou cenu účastníka dle vzorce: B = (Cn/Ch) x 100 x 0,6 Ve vzorci: B – hodnota vypočtených bodů Cn – nabídková cena nejnižší Ch – nabídková cena hodnocená 0,6 – váha kritéria — 60%
