Dans le cadre du projet « élimination des munitions de l’ancien dépôt de Mitholz », des travaux de construction sont menés dans un environnement alpin complexe, susceptible d'être affecté par divers risques naturels gravitaires tels que les crues, les coulées de boue, les chutes de pierres, les glissements de terrain et les avalanches. L'objectif du projet est d'assurer à tout moment la sécurité des personnes et des biens matériels pendant toutes les phases de construction. Le présent appel d’offres porte sur le recrutement de conseillers en risques naturels pour la période 2027-2036, qui observeront quotidiennement la situation pendant les travaux de construction et formuleront les mesures appropriées pour l’exploitation du chantier. Les conseillers en risques naturels assument ainsi une fonction centrale dans le dispositif de sécurité du projet et constituent l’interface entre l’évaluation des risques naturels, la direction des travaux et la mise en œuvre opérationnelle sur le chantier.
