Construction of the new Police District Headquarters in Kolo

Construction of a 4-storey (including basement) administrative building with usable area approx. 4,800 m², containing a 4-lane shooting range (25 m axis), equipped with water, sewerage, heating, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, video intercom, radio/TV installations; building security systems (access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm, CCTV), structured cabling, backup and guaranteed power supply; and site development on approx. 8,500 m². The scope also includes optional works: construction of a physical evidence building (190 m²), a dog handler building (170 m²) with kennels, a telecommunications tower (49 m), or additional site development.
