Payment Terminals for DSB's Ticket Machines
Lease of payment terminals for DSB's new ticket machines installed at train stations across Denmark. The terminals must integrate with the existing ticket machine hardware and the PSP infrastructure. The contract runs from September 2026 to February 2032.

Underkriteriet ”Pris” bliver bedømt på grundlag af den evalueringstekniske pris jf. bilag 2 - Tilbudsliste.
Underkriteriet ”Kvalitet” består af følgende tre delkriterier angivet med deres respektive vægtning: • Delkriterie 1 – Hardware (30 %), bedømt på evalueringskrav 1.1 i Bilag 1a. • Delkriterie 2 – Integrationsarkitektur (50 %), bedømt på evalueringskrav 2.1-2.18 i Bilag 1a. • Delkriterie 3 – Service og Support (20 %), bedømt på evalueringskrav 3.1-3.4 i Bilag 1a. Underkriteriet ”Kvalitet” bliver bedømt som summen af den pointscore, der gives til de enkelte delkriterier multipliceret med deres respektive vægtning. Hvad der tillægges positiv betydning ved evaluering af de enkelte evalueringskrav for hvert delkriterie, fremgår af bilag 1a – Evalueringsbesvarelse.

DSB er i gang med at udskifte de nuværende billetautomater, som har været i drift i over 25 år, med en ny landsdækkende selvbetjeningsløsning. Den 1. april 2026 offentliggjorde DSB udbudsmaterialet for indkøb af 375 nye billetautomater, der skal installeres på togstationer i hele landet. Billetautomaterne som indkøbes i den kommende tid, vil ikke være udstyret med betalingsterminaler. Disse bliver derimod anskaffet via dette, separate udbud, hvor både ansvaret for betalingsterminalerne samt PSP-ansvaret indgår. Betalingsterminalerne anskaffes som lejeaftale.
