Předmětem plnění zakázky je vypracování souboru projektových dokumentací pro stavební záměr „Rekonstrukce budovy Dětského domova, Základní školy speciální a Praktické školy Jaroměř, Palackého 142“. Podrobný popis záměru je specifikován v příloze č. 1a). Zázemí musí vyhovovat stávajícím právním předpisům. Před zahájením projekčních prací je nutno provést stavebně technický průzkum rekonstruovaného objektu za účelem zdokumentování stávajícího technického stavu, zaměření stávajícího stavu (vypracování pasportu) a změření hodnot radonu.
