Für zwei getrennte 4-geschossige Neubauten mit jeweils 2.295 qm (Verwaltungsgebäude) und 10.969 qm (Bibliothek) Nutzfläche sowie drei getrennte 2-geschossige denkmalgeschützte Bestandsgebäude mit Steildach mit jeweils 228 qm (Arrestgebäude), 1.004 qm (Exerzierhalle) und 72 qm (Latrine) Nutzfläche werden Leistungen der Baustellenbewachung und Baustellenlogistik ausgeschrieben. Die Baustellenbewachung beinhaltet Überwachung und Sicherung der Baustelle, Kontrolle und Verschluss von Zugängen, Dokumentation von Vorkommnissen sowie Maßnahmen zur Gefahrenabwehr. Im Bereich der Baustellenlogistik sind u. a. die Steuerung des Baustellenzugangs, Koordination von Anlieferungen, Verwaltung von Lager- und Verkehrsflächen sowie die Führung und Dokumentation eines Anlieferungssystems zu erbringen.
