DSB udbyder en kontrakt om levering af servicecenter med option på intern service og reception til DSB's hovedkontor. Servicecenteret i DSB Ejendomme er den centrale indgang for alle henvendelser relateret til ejendomsdrift på tværs af stationer, bygninger og andre faciliteter. Centeret sikrer, at alle opgaver bliver korrekt visiteret, registreret og kanalstyret, så driften er effektiv og transparent for alle involverede parter. Intern Service understøtter den daglige drift af DSB’s hovedkontor ved at varetage en række praktiske og administrative serviceopgaver, som sikrer, at huset fungerer effektivt i forhold til post, adgang, håndværkere, cykler, flagning og velkomst til nye medarbejdere. Receptionen skal sikre en professionel og venlig modtagelse af gæster, håndværkere og medarbejdere i DSB’s hovedkontor, samt understøtte huset med praktiske service- og koordineringsopgaver. Udbuddet er et genudbud. Der er foretaget ændringer af udbudsmaterialet, og tilbudsgiver opfordres derfor til at læse udbudsmaterialet nøje igennem.
