The objective is to conclude rebate contracts with all eligible pharmaceutical entrepreneurs for the drug combination Emtricitabine/Tenofovir Disoproxil/Rilpivirine under uniform, non-negotiable conditions. The contract runs from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2027 (max. 24 months), but ends automatically upon patent expiry or loss of market exclusivity.
