Zur Umsetzung des NÖ Klima- und Energiefahrplans 2030 ist geplant, jährlich im Durchschnitt ungefähr 2 bis 5 Gebäude des Landes Niederösterreich oder Gebäude von Gesellschaften und Unternehmen, die vom Auftraggeber iSd § 2 Z 40 BVergG 2018 beherrscht werden (wie zB die NÖ Landesgesundheitsagentur), auf dezentrale Wärmeversorgung auf Basis erneuerbarer Energieträger bzw hocheffizienter Energiesysteme umzustellen und zukünftig diese mit Wärme beliefern zu lassen.
