De huidige Raamovereenkomst van de provincie met betrekking tot trafficmanagement, DTP en vormgeving loopt af. Deze opdracht betrof het leveren van diensten op het gebied van trafficmanagement, vormgeving, contentcreatie en DTP. Vanuit de huidige situatie is besloten een nieuwe aanbesteding te starten om beter aan te sluiten bij de veranderende werkwijze binnen de organisatie. Binnen het expertiseteam communicatie wordt steeds meer intern geproduceerd en ontwikkeld. Hierdoor verschuift de behoefte naar een gerichte externe ondersteuning. 1
