De provincie Zuid-Holland heeft in 2022 een aanbesteding uitgeschreven voor het leveren van Software en Diensten. De destijds gesloten raamovereenkomst zal eind 2026 zijn maximale waarde bereiken en daarom expireren. De provincie Zuid-Holland maakt voor de totstandkoming van haar dienstverlening gebruik van een groot aantal softwarepakketten. Voor de levering van software licenties of subscripties, SAAS, het support en onderhoud op deze software of oplossingen en voor de levering van additionele licenties heeft de Aanbestedende dienst diverse overeenkomsten afgesloten met leveranciers van deze producten en/of diensten. Met het oog op rechtmatige voortzetting van de dienstverlening en het waarborgen van continuïteit is besloten de onderhavige Opdracht Europees aan te besteden en één (1) Opdrachtnemer te contracteren die de gevraagde leveringen en/of diensten kan verrichten volgens de aanbestedingsleidraad, incl. de bijlagen waaronder het Programma van Eisen.
