De opdracht gaat over het verzorgen van warme en koude dranken in het (gerenoveerde) gemeentehuis en alle bijbehorende locaties. De opdracht omvat het op basis van huur / operational lease leveren van warme en koude drankenautomaten, inclusief bijbehorende dienstverlening. Tot de opdracht behoren in ieder geval: - Levering, plaatsing en installatie van nieuwe automaten; - Het gedurende de looptijd beschikbaar stellen en operationeel houden van de automaten; - Levering van ingrediënten en bijbehorende verbruiksartikelen; - Preventief en correctief onderhoud; - Storingsafhandeling conform overeengekomen responstijden; - Vervanging van automaten bij structurele storingen of einde levensduur; - Ondersteuning bij ingebruikname en instructie van gebruikers.
