acquisition de cartes accréditives pour la fourniture de carburants (GO, super sans plomb, GNR, bioéthanol..) pour les véhicules à motorisation thermique, pour la recharge des véhicules à motorisation électriques mais aussi de prestations annexes (distribution d'AD BLUE..) nécessaires au fonctionnement des véhicules et engins répartis sur l'ensemble du département de la Côte-d'Or. Les cartes pourront également être utilisées sur le territoire national. L'ensemble des cartes devra fonctionner 24 h/24 , 7 jours/7 y compris WE et jours fériés
