Mit der Wohnraumoffensive haben sich der Bund, die Länder und die Kommunen zum Ziel gesetzt, dem Mangel an bezahlbarem Wohnraum zu begegnen. Im Zuge der steigenden Nachfrage an Wohnraum in Hamburg, plant die BImA die bestehende Wohnanlage an der Tietze- und Wildenbruchstraße nachzuverdichten und im Bereich der heutigen Grünanlagen 2 neue Wohngebäude (Nr. 17 mit 15 WE + Nr. 21 mit 6 WE) und einen Ersatzneubau für einen nicht mehr erhaltenswürdigen Altbau (Nr. 15 mit 3 WE) zu errichten. Alle Neubauten sollen gem. BIRN zertifiziert werden und sollen die Anforderungen GEG 2023, der DIN 4108 und eines KfW-Energieeffizienzhaues 40 erfüllen. Im Rahmen der Bauarbeiten sollen die Freianlagen der Gesamtanlage neugestaltet und überarbeitet werden. Die Fertigstellung der Gesamtmaßnahme ist für das 1.Quartal 2027 angestrebt.
