Leicestershire County Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for supported accommodation for young people aged 16+ (Looked After Children, Care Leavers, UASC, and homeless youth). The DPS includes two categories: supported shared accommodation (Category 3a) and independent accommodation with floating support (Category 3b). The DPS is initially for 2 years with options to extend up to 10 years, and may be used by other local authorities, increasing the total value.
