Le présent marché a pour objet la désignation d’un Service Externe pour la Prévention et la Protection au Travail (SEPPT) agréé, conformément à l’article 40 de la loi du 4 août 1996 relative au bien-être des travailleurs lors de l’exécution de leur travail et aux dispositions du Livre II, Titre 3 du Code du bien-être au travail. Ce marché vise à sélectionner un service externe pluridisciplinaire, agréé et certifié ISO 9001, chargé d’assurer, pour le compte de l’adjudicateur, l’ensemble des missions dans les sept domaines du bien-être au travail : sécurité du travail, protection de la santé, charge psychosociale, ergonomie, hygiène du travail, embellissement des lieux de travail et environnement du travail.
