For contractor: Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience with having contract responsibility/responsibility for administering assignments with a transferable value. For engineering designers: Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value. For contractor: Upon request from the builder, a description can be requested, of approx. one A4 page per project, for up to 3 reference projects in the last 5 years, with a reasoned transferable value. For engineering designers: If the company/companies that shall design is different from the executing turnkey contractor (or if the reference projects for the contractor are not turnkey contracts where employees of the executing turnkey contractor have engineered), the builder can request the engineering design company/companies that shall carry out the engineering design documenting approx. 1 A4 page per project, up to 3 reference projects with a transferable value in the last 3 years with information as stated below. Projects older than 3 years can be emphasised. General for contractors and designers: The reference projects shall include information on, among other things: • the project name and location •Principal • the project ́s size in m2 • The assignment ́s contract value, excluding VAT. • type of contract (if this is a turnkey contract, if own employees or sub-contractors have planned the project) • the type of building and project (business, new building, road, construction etc.) • the company ́s assignments/role in the project • start-up and completion year (if not completed - where one is in the project). • Transferable value to this project • The engineering design companies shall also provide information on what phases the assignment was carried out.
