Le présent marché a pour objet la Tierce Maintenance Applicative (TMA) des applications existantes et à venir : - du SI du RNR (Registre National des Refus) : POPP, Questionneurs et le site web du RNR. - du SI de la Vigilance : HORUS, AmpVigie et Biovigie. La finalité du présent marché est triple : • Garantir le maintien en bon état de fonctionnement des applications existantes et à venir, ainsi que leurs évolutions ou leur refonte, • Développer de nouvelles applications en mode projet, • Accompagner l’Agence de la biomédecine dans la mise en œuvre de ses solutions grâce à des expertises du titulaire (par exemple, optimisation de l’architecture, assistance à la recette.
