Design and execution of a continuous primary longitudinal study including questionnaire programming (multilingual), field work (personal interviews), data processing, quality assurance, and methodological advice. Approximately 250,000 interviews over the contract term. Additional optional services (ad-hoc surveys) and a triennial nationwide survey embedded in the study are included. The contract is for 7 years with two optional two-year extensions.
