Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie i wykonanie robót budowlanych dotyczących inwestycji pn. „Poszerzenie odcinka toru wodnego na podejściu do portu morskiego w Świnoujściu” (zwanej dalej również "Inwestycją"). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Każdy wykonawca zobowiązany jest wnieść, przed upływem terminu składania ofert, wadium w wysokości: 5.000.000,00 złotych (słownie: pięć milionów złotych 00/100). Dowód wniesienia wadium należy złożyć wraz z ofertą; Zamawiający żąda od Wykonawcy wniesienia zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy w wysokości 5 % całkowitej ceny oferty brutto. Zabezpieczenie musi być wniesione w pełnej wysokości, niezależnie od formy jego wniesienia, najpóźniej w dniu zawarcia umowy, ale przed jej podpisaniem. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące realizacji oraz egzekwowania wymogu zatrudnienia na podstawie stosunku pracy zostały określone we wzorze umowy (kontraktu) stanowiącym Załącznik 2 do SWZ.
