Die Mitnahme der ersten Postsendungen von der zentralen Poststelle zur Anlieferung an die städtischen Organisationseinheiten beginnt nach der Anlieferung (Los 1) um 07:00 Uhr. Zusätzliche Abholungen bei der zentralen Poststelle der Stadtverwaltung Ludwigshafen erfolgen je nach Tourenplan. Die geplanten Anlieferzeiten und die geschätzte Zustellungsdauer für die Auslieferungstour sind aus den, den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügten Anlieferadressen zu ermitteln. Voraussichtliches Tourende ist ca. 10:30 bis 11 Uhr. Die Leistung beider Lose wird täglich erbracht außer an Samstagen, Sonn- und Feiertagen, sowie an sonstigen geschäftsbedingten Schließtagen.
