Procurement for Housing (PfH) has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for responsive repairs, voids, and associated works across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. The DPS is divided into five categories (lots) covering full-service multi-discipline, general repairs and joinery, plumbing and heating, electrical, and specialist works. The DPS runs for an initial 5 years with a possible 5-year extension. Qualified suppliers can apply to one or more lots, and work is awarded via further competitions (ITT stages) by PfH members. The estimated total value is £980,000,000. The application deadline is 30 December 2028.
