This is a notice for qualification to a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for consultancy services in design and user experience/Universal design, established by AS Vinmonopolet (Norway). The DPS is being extended for a new period (2024–2028), and suppliers can apply for qualification at any time during the DPS duration.
