• Conduct detailed physical surveys of proposed routes and sites. • Assess existing infrastructure for suitability and compliance. • Develop high-level and low-level fibre network designs. • Produce accurate GIS/CAD drawings and associated documentation. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with design and deployment. • Provide structured project management, including progress tracking and reporting. • Deliver any additional services required to complete the design and survey process effectively.

• Deploy and configure a fully operational ArcGIS Enterprise Telecommunication environment. • Configure web and field applications for operational use. • Configure field data within the ArcGIS environment. • Capture Aurora’s requirements including splicing and customer circuit inventory. • Migrate and validate the asset geodatabase. • Integrate new builds and as-built data from contractors. • Provide recurring support and operations programme to maintain a live and current database. • Manage licences and user access for internal and external users. • Deliver continuous asset data management and planning support. • Implement a QC tool for job tracking and data quality control. • Application enhancements and quarterly improvement releases. • Monthly reporting, quarterly roadmap reviews, and annual audit. • Ongoing updates, dashboards, and reports. • Annual improvement roadmap and process documentation. • Process and validate field survey data. • Provide user training and comprehensive documentation. • Conduct ongoing training and process improvement workshops aligned with Aurora’s CRM optimisation project. • Support data storage and management best practices. • Provide any additional services required to meet Aurora’s GIS and asset management objectives
