La ville de Nice recherche un concessionnaire pour exploiter, sous une même direction, les 3 activités obligatoires : animation, restauration et jeux. Le candidat proposera un lieu d'implantation à Nice, dans un périmètre annexé au dossier de consultation et mettra à disposition : locaux et moyens matériels et personnels nécessaires à l'exploitation du service public. Il devra produire un titre (bail ou propriété) de locaux adaptés. Il devra prendre en charge un programme d'investissement pour un montant de 10 millions euros HT minimum.
