This is a modification notice for an existing Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) established by Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy, for the supply of non-investment laboratory instruments. The DPS is extended until 31 December 2028, and the estimated total value is increased to 15,000,000 CZK. The notice also updates the procurement documentation in line with technical amendments to Czech procurement law. The DPS consists of a single lot covering laboratory equipment (CPV 38000000). Suppliers already enrolled in the DPS are not required to re-register or submit new documents; new suppliers may apply at any time. The award criterion for individual call-offs is 100% price.
