Doorlopende toelatingsprocedure. Iedere geïnteresseerde partij kan op elk moment tijdens de looptijd van het DAS een verzoek tot toelating indienen. Beoordeling van Aanmeldingen zal plaatsvinden op basis van heldere en eenduidige toelatingscriteria die van tevoren zijn vastgesteld. Er is geen maximum aan het aantal partijen dat wordt toegelaten. Gebruik Raamovereenkomsten A) Individuele kandidaten kiezen zelf uit het aanbod van de toegelaten partijen. B) Uitvragen binnen het DAS: Toegelaten partijen worden door middel van uitvragen (minicompetities) uitgenodigd tot het doen van een Inschrijving op een opdracht in het kader van een concreet project.
