Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zhotovení dopravní stavby „Zhotovení stanice Libuš včetně dokončení tunelu (ND) – LI – stavební část“, tedy zhotovení stanice Libuš a dokončení tunelu ze stanice Nové Dvory, jejíž vlastní zhotovení ani zhotovení většiny ražeb tohoto tunelu předmětem veřejné zakázky není, do stanice Libuš. Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění je uvedena v závazném vzoru smlouvy a jejích přílohách, v Projektové dokumentaci, která tvoří přílohu č. 1 Přílohy č. 2 zadávací dokumentace (dále též „Projektová dokumentace“) a v projekčním standardu PS (HP840-02/P3-2013-07) a projekčním standardu výtahy (HP840-02/P4-2013-04), které tvoří přílohu č. 8 a přílohu č. 9 Přílohy č. 2 zadávací dokumentace (dále též „Projekční standardy“). Předpokládaný rozsah prací, které jsou předmětem této veřejné zakázky, vymezuje soupis prací, který je přílohou č. 2 Přílohy č. 2 zadávací dokumentace (dále jen „Soupis prací“).
