This is an open-house model for non-exclusive drug discount agreements (Rabattvereinbarungen) for the active substance Tiotropium bromide (ATC R03BB04). The AOK PLUS health insurance fund invites any pharmaceutical company that meets the conditions to sign a non-negotiable discount agreement. There is no exclusivity, no guaranteed purchase volumes, and the agreement ends by 31.12.2026. Participation applications can be submitted periodically, with the first deadline on 03.12.2024.
