AOK Bayern is implementing a non-exclusive open-house model for pharmaceutical rebate agreements for the active ingredient Vildagliptin (ATC A10BH02) under §130a Abs. 8 SGB V. All qualified pharmaceutical companies can enter into identical, non-negotiable rebate agreements. The earliest contract start is 01.12.2024, all agreements end 30.11.2026. Joining is possible any time until 05.10.2026. The procedure is not subject to public procurement law; it is a voluntary open-house model with no selection of contractors. Only pharmaceutical companies are eligible. Submission requires a signed self-declaration of reliability and the signed contract with annex. Documents can be submitted in paper (2 copies) or electronically with qualified electronic signature. The buyer is AOK Bayern. No estimated value is provided. Award criteria are not applicable as all eligible participants are accepted.
