This notice establishes a Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS) for solar energy installations by Gemeente Hollands Kroon. The DAS covers the supply, installation, corrective maintenance, and performance agreements for solar energy systems in buildings and homes. The system has a duration of 60 months with a possible 5-year extension. Participation is open throughout the DAS period until 2 November 2027. Eligibility requires membership in Holland Solar and/or Techniek Nederland, registration in the InstallQ recognition register (at least Zonnestroom), and registration with the Chamber of Commerce.
