Havenbedrijf Rotterdam NV is opening an open house procedure for the collection and processing of ship waste (MARPOL Annex I, IV, V, VI) in the Port of Rotterdam region. The open house allows continuous admission of qualified providers throughout the contract period. No guaranteed volume or minimum turnover. Submission deadline is 31 December 2027. Only Dutch language accepted.
