Den udbudte kontrakt omfatter administration af statens selvforsikringsordning. Staten er selvforsikret og afholder selv udgifter, der opstår i forbindelse med tjenesterejser. Kontrakten omfatter derfor alene administration af statens selvforsikringsordning under statslige tjenesterejser mv. i udlandet. Kontraktens ydelser omfatter administrations-, assistance- og skadehåndteringsydelser til statens selvforsikringsordning. Kontraktens leverandør står for den totale skadesbehandling, herunder udbetaling af erstatning til de skadelidte og efterfølgende opkrævning af den udlagte erstatning hos de respektive statslige myndigheder eller institutioner.
